Transfer cancellations must be notified via WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time.
2. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer time are not eligible for any refund or reservation guarantee.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are made in cash to the driver after the transfer; therefore, no upfront payment or credit card transaction is required.
4. No-Show Status
If the customer does not arrive at the transfer point, the transfer is considered completed and a new request must be made for a new reservation.
5. Company's Right to Cancel
If the transfer is cancelled due to vehicle breakdown, traffic, or unexpected circumstances, the customer will be contacted immediately and a new arrangement will be made.
